Legal Notices and Professional Disclaimers

These notices explain important limits around preliminary intake, licensed representation, AI-assisted review, medical expert participation, and communications.

Last updated: 22 May 2026

No lawyer-client relationship

The website is an intake and coordination channel. No lawyer-client relationship is created by browsing the website, submitting a form, uploading documents, or receiving a reference number.

Formal legal services are provided only after conflict checks, scope confirmation, fee arrangements, and written engagement through the licensed partner law firm where required.

Partner law firm representation

Burooj Consulting may coordinate management, intake, document organization, and case preparation support. Licensed legal representation is provided through Muhammad Gamal Rushdi Law Firm when accepted and formally engaged.

Not every matter can be accepted. A request may be declined due to conflict, scope, insufficient information, jurisdiction, timing, professional judgment, or other relevant reasons.

AI-assisted triage

Artificial intelligence may be used internally to organize documents, extract text including OCR text where available, summarize facts, classify request types, identify missing information, and support workflow efficiency.

AI outputs do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, expert opinion, or a decision to accept or reject a matter. Human professional review remains required.

Medical expert review

Where appropriate, independent medical experts may be asked to review records, chronology, standard-of-care questions, medical necessity, or technical clinical issues.

Medical expert input is intended to support professional understanding. It does not replace treating-physician advice, emergency care, or a final judicial or regulatory determination.

Insurance and hospital agreements

Insurance, hospital, clinic, practitioner, and agreement matters may involve separate regulatory, contractual, and professional obligations.

Any review of facility agreements, medical insurance claims, or healthcare complaints depends on the documents provided, applicable rules, and the specific stage of the matter.

Communications

Status emails are for coordination and do not by themselves confirm acceptance of representation or final advice.

Email can be misdirected or accessed by unintended recipients. Sensitive documents should be shared through the approved secure intake flow whenever possible.
