Who this notice covers

This notice applies to website visitors, patients and families, healthcare practitioners, hospitals and clinics, insured members, medical experts, and other persons who submit information to Burooj Health Law.

Burooj Health Law is a service initiative of Burooj Consulting. Licensed legal representation, where required, is coordinated through Muhammad Gamal Rushdi Law Firm as the partner law firm.

Information we may receive

We may receive identity and contact information, role or client type, city or country, matter summary, conflict-check parties, timelines, urgency indicators, medical reports, insurance documents, correspondence, images, and other records that you choose to submit.

Health data, medical records, insurance claim information, and legal matter details may be sensitive. Please avoid submitting documents that are not necessary for the initial conflict and scope review.

Why we use the information

We use information to perform confidential intake, conflict screening, urgency triage, document organization, scope assessment, status communication, medical expert coordination where needed, and partner law firm referral where appropriate.

We may also use information to maintain security, keep audit records, comply with applicable legal or professional obligations, and improve the intake process.

Health data and professional controls

Health-related information is handled on a need-to-know basis. Access is limited to authorized reviewers, the partner law firm where appropriate, and independent medical experts only when their input is necessary for the review path.

Medical experts are expected to provide objective review under confidentiality controls. They are not paid based on the outcome of any matter.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with the partner law firm, independent medical experts, secure hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and other technical service providers used to operate the intake system.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulator, competent authority, or professional obligation.

Storage, transfer, and retention

Records are stored using secure cloud services and may be processed through providers located inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable requirements.

We keep records only for as long as reasonably necessary for intake, review, professional, legal, regulatory, security, or dispute-management purposes.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and professional limitations, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where legally available, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained where legally or professionally required.

Cookies and technical data

The website may use essential browser storage for language preference, secure session handling, and form operation. Operational logs may be created by hosting, database, security, and email delivery providers.

If analytics, advertising cookies, or additional tracking tools are added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are used.
